Check out the New Pictures of the Islanders Ice Girls

Published by Brock Landers under Other Leagues

Ice Girls

Sports Illustrated just release some new pictures of the Islander Ice Girls of the NHL.   Unfortunately I don’t get to post girls from hockey leagues all that often but the Ice Girls are a great edition to this site.  They have that little added extra bonus:  the ability to skate.

Man could you imagine having your way with some of these ladies with nothing on but their ice skates?  Kind of makes me want to go to a hockey game despite the fact that I can’t stand watching hockey.

Although I’d let these women drive my Zamboni any day.

Enjoy the pictures

The BC Lions Felions Dance Team Shakes it At a Bike Show

Published by Brock Landers under Other Leagues

Felions Dancers

Interesting.  I never even know who the hell the BC Lions were before today.  Turns out it’s a CFL team.  Isn’t that amazing? We Americans here tend to follow the NFL a bit more.

That’s not a knock on the CFL in any way.  In fact I’m more than willing to acknowledge that the CFL has some greatness.  Well it’s mostly in their cheerleaders’ ability to get drunk and party.

Chances are these ladies do it too.

Enjoy the pictures

Some Hot Cheerleaders Out of The National Lacrosse League: The Buffalo Bandits Cheerleaders

Published by Brock Landers under Other Leagues

Buffalo Bandits

After a football season in which Buffalo’s professional home team fell apart down the stretch, 1 local pro team is starting to defend a championship title that they won last year. The Buffalo Bandits National Lacrosse League team opened up the 2009 season in memorable fashion in front of a sold out crowd in Buffalo’s HSBC Arena.

And honestly that wasn’t really the highlight of the game was it?  Of course not.  In the cold climate, nothing could warm you up more than a fine group of young ladies shaking their stuff.   OK, the game was indoors but didn’t it just sound better that way?

Thanks girls!

The Sharks Mermaids Cheerleaders of the National Rugby League

NRL Cheerleaders

Personally I think Rugby is about the toughest sport there is.  I mean to make players of the NFL generally look like pansies you know you’re in a rough sport.  I just don’t get how players don’t die at least once a game.

But in any manly game there’s bound to be cheerleaders.  And the NRL doesn’t fall short in that department.  With 16 teams in the league that means around 160-200 chicks cheering their hearts out for these guys.

Well, enough with the chatter.  Enjoy the photos of the Sharks Girls

Vintage Cheerleader Tryouts: 1983 Arizona Wranglers

Published by Brock Landers under Other Leagues

remember the USFL?  Although the league only lasted from 1983-1985 it was the only league to even remotely compete with the NFL.  And yes, they had cheerleaders!

In fact, this classic video shows a tryout for the Wranglers.   You gotta love the music.

Even though the Wranglers only went 4-14 that season, I’m sure fans had reason to be happy with these ladies on the sideline.

In Honor Of Yesterday: Christmas Cheerleaders

Christmas Cheerleaders

Holidays are a great time to cheer, don’t you think?  And given that most of you are just starting your returns home, why not keep you in the festive Christmas mood?

Who better to help the transition back to the real world than Cheerleaders in Christmas gear?  OK, I have nothing important to say here.  Seriously, it’s an extremely slow time of year and there’s too much egg nog in my system to compile a decent sentence.

So here are Christmas cheerleaders from a bunch of different leagues

Now These are Cheerleaders: I should Probably Post Videos More

Published by Brock Landers under Other Leagues

Um, can someone please tell me the name of this Cheerleading team?  Inquiring minds would like to know.  Thank you.  Boy did that just make my day.

It looks like college basketball but this has to be Europe. If any teams do this in the USA then I’m buying the first airline ticket I can find.  Good Lord.

Your 2008-2009 New Jersey Devils Dancers

Published by Brock Landers under Other Leagues

Devils Dancers

Who said hockey sucked?  Well I know I have about a million times.  Personally I can’t stand hockey.  It should come as no surprise that I hate soccer as well.  I just can’t stand all the back and forth with no score.

I can however, stand back and forth with the Devils Dancers.  These girls could teach me a thing or two about making the cold very very hot.

Man was that lame.

Enjoy the photos
